Job Summary

Malabar Worldwide Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, staff coordination, shipment handling, and overall warehouse efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, warehouse/logistics experience, and the ability to manage a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Coordinate receiving, sorting, packing, loading, unloading, and dispatch of shipments.
- Ensure accurate inward and outward movement of shipments.
- Maintain proper inventory and stock records.
- Monitor shipment weight, quantity, labels, and documentation.
- Ensure all shipments are properly packed, sorted, and ready for dispatch.
- Coordinate with operations, branch teams, customer service, and transport partners.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily duties effectively.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and work performance.
- Ensure timely loading and dispatch of shipments.
- Maintain proper warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and shipment discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of customer shipments.
- Prepare and maintain daily warehouse reports.




- Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance requirements.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Support management in improving warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or related operations.
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory/managerial role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of warehouse and shipment handling procedures.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with warehouse/inventory software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a team effectively.
