Job Title: Customer Experience Execeutive – Outbound Process Sales

Experience: 1-3 years
Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain call quality and service standards.
- Update call details in the system/CRM.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- Experience in Outbound sales process/BPO
- Execellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer and typing knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
