We are looking for a knowledgeable and professional *SAP SCM Trainer* to deliver online training in SAP Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of SAP SCM, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners in a virtual classroom environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct live online training sessions on SAP SCM.

* Deliver both theoretical and practical SAP SCM training.

* Explain forecasting, demand management, sales, procurement, manufacturing, and warehouse processes.

* Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises.

* Train learners on SCM master data, MRP, procurement, production execution, and SAP SCM integration.

* Conduct training on Demand Planning, Interactive Planning, Forecasting, and Supply Network Planning.

* Explain SNP Heuristics, Capable-to-Match (CTM), product interchangeability, and related planning processes.

* Handle learner queries and provide clear technical explanations.

* Conduct assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.

* Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

* Maintain training materials, practical exercises, and case studies.





* Ensure effective learner engagement during online sessions.

* Stay updated with relevant SAP SCM processes and industry practices.

*Required Skills*

* Solid practical knowledge of SAP SCM.

* Good understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes.

* Knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning.

* Understanding of MRP, procurement, production, inventory, forecasting, and warehouse processes.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong online presentation and training skills.

* Ability to handle student queries effectively.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to conduct engaging virtual training sessions.

*Educational Qualification*

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

* SAP SCM/APO certification will be an added advantage.

*Experience*

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in SAP SCM, SAP training, supply chain operations, or a related field.

* Candidates with strong practical SAP SCM knowledge and training experience are preferred.
