We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead the delivery of Java full-stack systems using Spring Boot and Angular for modern, scalable software. You will build microservices and REST APIs, support smooth front-end/back-end integration, and strengthen engineering quality.

Responsibilities

- Lead development and ongoing maintenance of full-stack applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Angular
- Implement, test, and deploy microservices and REST APIs with a focus on scalability and reliability
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Create front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure responsiveness and accessibility
- Tune application performance by applying sound coding strategies and debugging
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and repeatable deployments
- Handle source code management and version control through Git
- Develop automated tests using JUnit to ensure software quality
- Diagnose and fix technical issues in development and production environments




- Embed industry best practices into software design processes

Requirements

- 8–12 years of professional software engineering experience with a robust grasp of modern development practices
- 4+ years of practical experience in Java development
- Proficiency with Java 8, Spring, and Spring Boot for back-end development
- Expertise in Angular and strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development
- Knowledge of REST APIs and familiarity with PostgreSQL and Oracle database systems
- Experience working with microservices architectures and cloud-based applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Git
- Background in solving technical challenges during design, development, and production phases
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to share technical concepts and collaborate effectively
- Minimum English proficiency of B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
