Versatile IT Solutions is looking for an experienced and visionary Project Manager with solid expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and enterprise-level leadership. In this role, you will own end-to-end engineering and delivery for an organization of ~60-70 people across both client-deployed and product-owned engagements.

You will act as a manager-of-managers, building and coaching leadership layers across Delivery Managers, Software Development Architects, and Product Owners. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive engineering excellence, technical standards, and AI-enabled delivery practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Own engineering and delivery across client-deployed and product-owned engagements for an organization of ~60-70 people.
- Leadership Development: Build and coach leadership layers across Delivery Managers, Software Development Architects, and Product Owners as a manager-of-managers.
- Engineering Quality & Standards: Drive engineering quality, technical standards, and career development for engineers.
- AI-Enabled Delivery: Implement and champion AI-enabled delivery practices to optimize execution efficiency.
- Multi-Scrum Leadership: Oversee multiple Scrum teams (30+ team members), ensuring alignment, capacity planning, and execution flow.
- Agile Governance & SAFe Ceremonies: Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, Program Increment (PI) Planning, sync with Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and manage inter-team dependencies.
- Tracking & Risk Management: Monitor timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks,



escalating issues when required.
- Governance & Executive Communication: Support governance, compliance, and documentation while delivering status reports, dashboards, and review meetings with executive-level communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- 12+ years of software project and delivery management experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience as a manager-of-managers, coaching Delivery Managers, Architects, and Senior Engineers.
- Track record of managing delivery for organizations of ~60-70 people and leading multiple Scrum teams.
- Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, PI planning, and dependency mapping.
- Exposure to or experience with AI-enabled delivery practices.
- Strong executive-level communication (written, verbal, presentation), negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound judgment under pressure, with a proactive "can-do" and "can-think" approach to organizational problemsolving.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's/MBA is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)

SAFe Certifications (e.g., Protected Agilist, SSM, SPC) or PMP certification.

Domain experience in SaaS, B2B, Mobile Apps, or Healthcare technology platforms.

Familiarity with Miro, Aha!, ProductPlan, or MS Project.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
