We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead hotel sales activities, develop business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. The candidate should have relevant experience in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the hospitality market.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute hotel sales strategies
- Generate corporate, MICE, group, and other business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage key accounts and corporate partnerships
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with Revenue, Front Office, F&B;, and other departments
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant hotel sales experience
- Proven experience in corporate and institutional sales
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong client relationship and business development abilities

Salary: As per industry standards
Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
