Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally/Tally Prime and at least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Department.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Tally Prime.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documents.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Track expenses and maintain supporting documents.




- Prepare account statements and reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper physical and digital accounting records.

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Accounts Department.
- Tally / Tally Prime experience is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
