Job Description – MBA Marketing Executive

Position: Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager
Education: MBA in Marketing
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Location: Noida / Remote, as applicable

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented MBA Marketing professional with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, and business development activities.

The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, managing digital campaigns, and supporting the company's overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Generate qualified leads through digital and offline marketing channels.
- Manage and optimize social media marketing activities.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track marketing performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.




- Prepare regular marketing reports and performance updates.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of campaigns.
- Maintain proper records of leads, campaigns, and marketing activities.

Required Skills

- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, IT services, legal services, or technology companies will be an advantage.
- Candidates comfortable with the 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
