About the Role

OneRoot is looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Intern to help drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition through paid and organic marketing strategies. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, improve online visibility, and support the growth of OneRoot's agricultural products, agri-inputs, spices, and farmer-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize SEO initiatives to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive website traffic and improve conversion rates through data-driven marketing strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with actionable insights.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts for OneRoot's products and services.
- Collaborate with the content, design,



and digital marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign strategies to maximize ROI.
- Promote farmer awareness programs and agricultural initiatives through targeted digital campaigns.
- Track marketing KPIs, including CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Digital Advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of keyword research and campaign optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret data and make performance-based recommendations.
- Interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and growth strategies.
- Experience with marketing tools and automation platforms is an added advantage.
