About Certuslab

Certuslab Material Sciences is establishing a multidisciplinary testing facility in Behror, Rajasthan, aligned with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, and BIS standards. Scope covers plastics, metals, textiles, construction, paints, food, agriculture, and environmental testing.

Role Purpose

Support daily laboratory operations including sample preparation, routine testing, equipment care, record-keeping, and general housekeeping under technical supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Sample Handling: Receive, register, log, and store samples. Ensure traceability and prevent sample mix-ups, loss, or contamination.
- Testing & Specimen Prep: Prepare samples and reagents. Assist with physical, chemical, and mechanical tests adhering strictly to SOPs and recording raw data accurately.
- Equipment & Upkeep: Perform pre-use checks,



clean instruments, maintain calibration logs, and track inventory/consumables. Keep work areas inspection-ready.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain records per ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines. Utilize LIMS, maintain confidentiality, and participate in audits and training.
- Safety: Follow PPE, chemical handling, waste disposal, and emergency protocols. Immediately report hazards or procedural deviations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma or B.Sc./B.Tech in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; up to 2 years of testing/lab experience preferred.
- Key Skills: Basic MS Office, numerical accuracy, sample integrity management, and strong attention to detail. Knowledge of ISO 17025 or LIMS is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
