Fashion Designer – Readymade & Fabric Section (Men's Wear)

Location: Aminabad, Lucknow
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Fashion Designer to join our Readymade & Fabric section. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with practicality — designing innovative garments while also ensuring customer-specific tailoring and production feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

Creative / Brand-Building Focus

- Design and develop garments aligned with current fashion trends.
- Innovate styles that enhance brand identity and customer appeal.
- Collaborate on fabric selection, color palettes, and finishing details.
- Contribute to visual merchandising with design-led displays.

Practical / Production-Focused Responsibilities

- Provide alteration and customization support for customers.




- Ensure designs are production-ready and cost-effective.
- Work closely with sales staff to understand customer preferences.
- Maintain store presentation and assist with inventory when required.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in fashion design or apparel development.
- Solid knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in sketching, CAD tools, or design software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Energetic, confident, and flexible to work retail hours.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Designing from a recognized institute.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
