Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory & sales reports
2. Create consignments and share dispatch plans
3. Monitor product listing health across platforms and ensure listing quality is maintained
4. Monitor product pricing and ensure price parity across platforms
5. Manage support tickets and ensure timely closure
6. Monitor and report brand infringement cases
7. Coordinate with platform POCs, warehouse, and factory as and when required to ensure smooth operations
Must-Have Skills
1. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
2. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms — Amazon (B2C/B2B), Flipkart, Meesho
3. Valuable communication skills
4. High level of ownership and a proactive approach
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
