JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION / INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

Experience: 2–5 Years in Food Manufacturing / FMCG / Production / Inventory

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily production planning, production output, and manpower deployment.
- Maintain accurate records of RM, PM, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Track material consumption against production and investigate variances.
- Monitor stock levels, material movements, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Prepare daily production and inventory reports for management.
- Ensure production entries and inventory transactions are updated accurately in ERP/system.
- Monitor production losses, wastage, yield, and process efficiency.




- Support monthly stock verification and physical inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, and company SOP requirements.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma; preferred B.Sc. Food Technology, B.Tech Food Technology, B.Com, BBA, or related qualification.
- Positive knowledge of SAP Business One, MS Excel, inventory management, production reporting, and systems.
- Candidates with experience in food processing / FMCG manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
