Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Expertise in dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, chutneys, and other South Indian preparations.
- Handle batter preparation, fermentation, cooking, and presentation.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Complete daily mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
- Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and storage standards.
- Manage kitchen equipment and maintain a clean workstation.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper ingredient usage.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Follow instructions from the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
