Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and workers.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Allocate work and manage the production team.
- Monitor raw materials, machines, and finished products.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Store, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure safety rules and SOPs are followed.
- Identify and resolve production issues.
- Minimize material wastage and improve productivity.

Required Skills:

- Production supervision and team management
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Quality and safety awareness
- Problem-solving skills
- Positive communication and coordination
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel
- Ability to maintain production records
- Leadership and time-management skills

Requirements:

- Experience: 2–5 years in a manufacturing/production environment.
