Pass Code Hospitality is hiring for Restaurant Operations Manager for North Goa Location,

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Monitor opening and closing duties, manage service flow during peak hours, and fix bottlenecks.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house employees.
- Financial Control: Track labor costs, manage inventory, reduce waste, and review profit and loss (P&L;) statements.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Address guest feedback and resolve service complaints promptly

Requirements and Qualifications

- Experience: 7-9 years of leadership experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Education:



A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) software
