RCVCLICKS Private Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team in Noida.

This role is suitable for a CA who wants to take ownership of financial operations, work closely with management, and contribute beyond routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

- Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Review monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivables, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare and review financial MIS reports for management.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Manage and ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Review tax calculations, returns, and supporting documentation.
- Keep the company updated on relevant regulatory changes.

3. Financial Planning & Business Support

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Provide financial insights to management for business decision-making.




- Monitor costs, identify financial risks, and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in improving internal financial controls and reporting systems.

4. Audit & Process Improvement

- Coordinate statutory and internal audit requirements.
- Establish and improve accounting procedures and financial controls.
- Ensure proper documentation and transparency across financial activities.
- Support the development of efficient financial processes as the company grows.

What We Expect From You

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ICAI.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualities:

- Experience in an IT services, digital marketing, or other service-based company.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of responsibilities.
- Practical approach to financial management and compliance.
- Willingness to work closely with business leadership.
- Focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution.
