Position: Visa Counselor(Male/Female)

We are looking for a confident, client-focused and result-oriented Visa Counselor who can understand client requirements, provide suitable visa guidance and manage the complete journey from initial consultation to file submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-to-one consultations with clients to understand their education, financial background, travel history, family circumstances and future plans.
- Assess client profiles and identify suitable visa pathways based on their individual circumstances.
- Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation and application procedures in a clear and professional manner.
- Guide clients regarding country, visa category, course or travel options according to their profile.
- Identify potential weaknesses in a case and discuss practical ways to strengthen the application.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates regarding their applications.
- Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face meetings.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration rules, visa requirements, application procedures and documentation standards.




- Follow up with prospective clients and assist the business development team in converting genuine enquiries into successful enrollments.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and ethical standards while dealing with client information.
- Work towards individual and team targets while maintaining quality and accuracy of applications.

We are Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi and/or Punjabi.
- Ability to understand and explain complicated information in simple language.
- Strong documentation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Confidence in handling clients and conducting consultations.
- Good follow-up and time-management abilities.
- Ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies in client documents.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace.
- Prior experience in immigration, visa consultancy, overseas education or client counselling will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
