Summary:

UST is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution of Lab Projects and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. The role requires strong project management, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and execution skills across Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end execution of Lab Projects and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support product qualification, validation, testing, and release readiness activities.
- Facilitate design reviews, program reviews, governance meetings, and status reporting.
- Maintain action trackers, risk registers, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
- Ensure alignment between development teams, laboratory resources, and business stakeholders.
- Drive closure of open actions, blockers, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Support transition of products from development to production and launch phases.

Expected Deliverables

- Program plans and milestone trackers.
- Weekly status reports and executive summaries.
- Risk, issue, and dependency logs.
- Meeting minutes and action item trackers.




- Product qualification and readiness reports.
- Program dashboards and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of Technical Program Management or Project Management experience in Product Development, Engineering, Semiconductor, or High-Tech environments.
- Robust understanding of NPI lifecycle, product development processes, and cross-functional project execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Solid analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
