Job Description

- Maintain and clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest Fairmont standards, ensuring all spaces are immaculate and welcoming
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests, special needs, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Inspect rooms upon completion of cleaning to verify quality standards, attention to detail, and compliance with property specifications
- Manage and organize housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting low stock levels and maintaining efficient supply usage




- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize room assignments and meet daily cleaning schedules
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisory staff immediately for prompt resolution
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a skilled manner, maintaining discretion and confidentiality
- Assist with special projects, deep cleaning initiatives, and seasonal maintenance tasks as assigned
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction
