Job Summary

We are looking for a Specialist – Sales Support to provide sales and customer support, coordinate orders and quotes, handle customer inquiries, and assist the sales team with day-to-day activities. The role requires strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend team meetings and understand sales team requirements and priorities.
- Enter and process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders (POs).
- Communicate order and quote status to sales representatives and customers.
- Respond to customer requests through email and phone calls.
- Handle customer service issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Resolve sales, shipping, and deal-related requests by coordinating with internal teams.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate internal department when required.
- Provide support to sales representatives for their day-to-day requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing and required documentation.
- Assist with RFP/RFQ and bidding activities.
- Support customers in resolving sales-related issues.
- Handle and follow up on urgent/rush customer requests.




- Manage inbound customer calls and email inquiries.
- Assist in preparing business reviews and sales-related reports.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and internal support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills

- 3–7 years of experience in Sales Support / Customer Service / Inside Sales / Order Management.
- Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling quotes, orders, POs, and customer inquiries.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and email communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable working in a US Night Shift.
