Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Officers – Direct Sales to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and freshers who are interested in building a career in sales, customer relationship management, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and engage with existing customers through calls.
- Handle customer service-related queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling Life Insurance and Health Insurance products.
- Manage policy renewals and generate sales.
- Conduct 1–2 client meetings per day as required.
- Follow up with leads provided through the company’s digital platform.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Salary & Incentives

- Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000+
- Average Initial Incentives: ₹7,000–₹8,000 per month




- Top Performer Incentives: Up to ₹25,000+
- Performance Bonus: ₹35,000 on achieving M3 targets

Eligibility

- Age: 21–25 years
- Graduate from any recognized university
- Minimum 50% marks
- Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience
- Comfortable working in a 100% sales-oriented role
- Willing to attend daily client meetings
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
