Job Overview

Vachak AI is looking for an IT Support Executive to be deployed at a university in Raipur for handling day-to-day IT and application support operations.

The candidate will act as the on-site support person between the University users and the Vachak AI technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT and software support to university staff/users.
- Assist users with login, account, password, and application-related issues.
- Provide basic support for Vachak AI software/platform usage.
- Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, internet, browser, and system issues.
- Assist university staff in using web-based applications and dashboards.
- Report software bugs and technical issues to the Vachak AI technical team.
- Collect screenshots, error messages, and relevant details for issue resolution.
- Coordinate with the Vachak AI technical team for unresolved issues.
- Follow up on reported issues until closure.
- Maintain a daily issue/support register.
- Assist with basic data entry, system configuration, and operational activities when required.




- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the deployed Vachak AI system.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, Internet and MS Office.
- Good understanding of web applications.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work directly with university staff.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT support/helpdesk operations.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, BCA, BSc IT or equivalent.
- Freshers can apply if they have good computer and communication skills.

Preferred

- Previous experience in a university/college/school workplace.
- Experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
- Basic knowledge of networking, printers, browsers and web applications.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
