About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and talented SEO/SMM & Content Executive to join our remote team. The role involves improving website visibility and rankings through SEO strategies, managing social media activities to increase engagement, and creating high-quality content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on SEO experience, familiarity with commonly used SEO tools, good knowledge of social media platforms, and strong English writing skills.

Working Schedule

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
- Saturday: 7:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST
- Sunday: Off

Key Responsibilities

SEO

- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Identify and suggest improvements to website content, structure, and SEO performance.
- Build and manage quality backlinks.
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Stay updated with SEO best practices and search engine trends.
- Provide weekly updates on completed work, rankings, and overall progress.

Social Media Management (SMM)

- Manage and maintain social media accounts.
- Plan and publish engaging social media posts.
- Assist with developing social media strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and provide regular updates.
- Research relevant trends, topics, and content ideas.
- Coordinate social media content with overall marketing goals.

Content Writing

- Write and edit content for blogs, websites, social media,



and other digital platforms.
- Create SEO-friendly content based on target keywords and topics.
- Develop engaging and informative content while maintaining proper grammar and readability.
- Research topics and ensure content is accurate and relevant.
- Repurpose existing content for different platforms when required.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience is required.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO.
- Familiarity with common SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and SMM practices.
- Good content writing and editing skills.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Ability to submit weekly progress reports covering completed work, rankings, and progress.
- Night shift availability is required.

Performance Evaluation

The initial contract will be for 6 months. Performance will be evaluated throughout the contract period based on the quality and completion of assigned work, SEO progress, content quality, social media performance, reporting, and overall contribution. The contract may be extended based on performance and business requirements.
