Job Description: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple fitness centres within the city and ensure facilities are maintained, clean, and well-equipped to provide a positive user service - Lead, monitor, mentor and develop a team of site managers, trainers and operational staff - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that aligns with our fitness values - Implement strategies to enhance user satisfaction and engagement across fitness centres - Drive initiatives to improve user service, resolve issues, and exceed user expectations - Monitor facility performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance User experience. - Recruit, train, and mentor staff, including fitness trainers, administrative personnel, and support staff. - Prioritize exceptional user service by implementing protocols for User interactions, feedback collection, and issue resolution. - Regularly evaluate User feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction. - Regularly review performance metrics, analyze data, and create comprehensive reports for senior management.



- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvements. Skillsets / Eligibility - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, staff, and users. - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team and foster a positive work workplace. - Knowledge of fitness trends, industry regulations, and user service best practices. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. - Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships. - Passion for wellness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
