Position: International Sales executive

Location: Udyog vihar, sector 20, Gurgaon

Experience: 6 months – 1 year in International lead generation profiles or

Domestic sales candidates with excellent communication skills can also be considered.

Education: minimum 12th pass

Salary details:

₹28K – ₹32K: Candidates with 6 months – 1 year experience in the international market

₹25K fixed: Candidates with 6 months experience - 1 year/ domestic sales background with excellent communication skills.

Working Hours: 5 AM - 2PM

Monday to Friday

Transportation: Both side cab (within the hiring zone)

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our B2B International Sales team for the Australian market. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients in the Energy, Telecom, and Cyber Security sectors, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, connect, and engage with potential business clients in Australia.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and lead conversion for B2B services.




- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pitching and negotiation.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and service delivery
- Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience in an international BPO.

Skills required;

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage the customers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong capability to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Motivated: A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, sales management software, and MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
