About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Executive to manage the day-to-day operations and growth activities of our Shopify/D2C business.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Shopify, orders, products, promotions, customer issues, reporting, basic marketing coordination and daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Management

- Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations.
- Update products, pricing, inventory, collections and offers.
- Improve product pages and store content.
- Monitor website performance and identify issues.
- Coordinate with developers for technical problems and improvements.

Order & Operations Management

- Monitor daily orders and order processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Track cancellations, RTO, returns and delivery issues.
- Identify operational problems and follow up until resolution.
- Ensure smooth order-to-delivery operations.

Growth Support

- Monitor daily sales and order performance.
- Support Meta Ads and Google Ads activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and report important changes.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, offers and new product launches.
- Identify products and offers that can improve sales.

Customer Experience

- Coordinate with customer support regarding complaints and escalations.
- Identify recurring customer issues.
- Help improve cancellation, return and delivery performance.
- Ensure customer-related problems are followed up and resolved.

Inventory





- Monitor stock levels and product availability.
- Coordinate with inventory/procurement teams.
- Identify products approaching stock-out.
- Maintain accurate Shopify inventory.

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare daily/weekly Shopify performance reports.
- Track revenue, orders, AOV, conversion rate, cancellations, RTO and returns.
- Identify unusual changes and escalate them quickly.
- Maintain accurate business data and reports.

What We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years of Shopify/D2C experience.
- Good understanding of Shopify.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Solid communication and follow-up skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
- Strong ownership and willingness to learn.
- Experience with consumer products/e-commerce is preferred.

Important

This is a hands-on execution role.

We are looking for someone who can independently complete tasks, follow up with different teams, identify problems and make sure things get done — rather than waiting for instructions for every activity.
