Job Purpose

The Guest Relations Executive at our resort property serves as the ultimate ambassador of luxury hospitality. Unlike a

standard corporate hotel, this role focuses deeply on curation, experiential engagement, and relationship building. The

executive is responsible for ensuring that leisure travelers, VIPs, and long-stay guests experience a seamless,

personalized, and unforgettable vacation from arrival to departure. By anticipating needs and executing custom

requests, the executive drives high guest satisfaction, positive online reviews, and lifetime brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties

- Pre-Arrival & Curation: Review VIP guest manifests daily; contact upcoming resort guests to map out their

itinerary, special dining requirements, celebrations, excursions, and custom in-room setups.

- Experiential Welcomes: Facilitate memorable check-in experiences (e.g., welcome drinks, property orientation,

golf cart tours) and escort guests directly to their villas/suites, bypassing traditional front desk lines.

- Recreational & Activity Concierge: Actively promote, book, and coordinate in office and off-site resort activities,





spa appointments, water sports, private excursions, and custom beach dining setups.

- Proactive Relationship Building: Move dynamically through the property (beaches, pools, restaurants) to engage

with guests directly, gathering real-time feedback and offering intuitive service.

- Issue Recovery: Defuse and swiftly resolve guest complaints regarding accommodation, activities, or amenities

with absolute empowerment to issue appropriate service recovery remedies.

- Interdepartmental Integration: Liaise smoothly with Housekeeping, Culinary, and Maintenance teams to monitor

room readiness, execute customized birthday/anniversary surprises, and resolve physical facility glitches.

- CRM Data Integrity: Maintain impeccable records within the Property Management System (PMS) regarding

individual guest preferences, lifestyle choices, and specific feedbacks to build robust repeat-guest profiles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,493.23 per month
