Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate will be responsible for planning, running, monitoring and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive leads, sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding and ad placements.
- Conduct audience and keyword research to improve campaign performance.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives and campaign strategies.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions and overall ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Run A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copies and landing pages.
- Track leads, conversions, and customer acquisition performance.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads trends, tools and best practices.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising, Google Search Ads, Display Ads and remarketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking and basic reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
