Job Description

Crack Academy is looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Online Faculty for Biology, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry to teach JEE/NEET aspirants through live online classes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through engaging and effective online teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online classes for Biology, Mathematics, Physics, and/or Chemistry for JEE/NEET aspirants.
- Deliver concept-oriented and exam-focused lectures aligned with the latest JEE/NEET syllabus and examination pattern.
- Develop digital study material, assignments, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Conduct online doubt-solving sessions and provide academic mentorship to students.
- Analyse student performance and provide constructive academic feedback.
- Maintain high levels of student engagement and interaction during online sessions.




- Stay updated with changes in the JEE/NEET syllabus, examination pattern, and preparation trends.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject or a related discipline.
- Prior experience teaching JEE/NEET aspirants will be preferred.
- Strong conceptual clarity and subject expertise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured, and engaging manner.
- Prior experience in online teaching/EdTech will be an added advantage.

Technical Requirements

- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Laptop/Desktop with camera and good-quality microphone.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, digital whiteboards, or similar tools.
- Comfortable delivering engaging lectures in a fully online environment.
