About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our apparel manufacturing team. The candidate will be involved in developing current styles, preparing design concepts, selecting fabrics and trims, and supporting the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop apparel designs based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand requirements.
- Create sketches, tech packs, and detailed design specifications.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, colours, prints, and other design elements.
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams for prototype development.
- Ensure designs are production-friendly, practical, and cost-effective.
- Monitor sample development and suggest necessary design improvements.
- Conduct fittings and finalize design adjustments.
- Work closely with cutting, stitching, and finishing departments.
- Maintain consistency in sizing, quality, and brand standards.
- Plan seasonal collections and styles suitable for bulk production.
- Support fabric sourcing and vendor coordination when required.
- Ensure timely completion of designs according to production schedules.

Required Qualification & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design,



Textile Design, or a related field (Preferably NIFT).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Fashion Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong sketching, illustration, and design development skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and apparel production processes.
- Strong understanding of colours, trends, styling, and garment details.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with sampling and production teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet production requirements.
- Experience in men’s and boys’ apparel, activewear, or casual wear will be an added advantage.
