JOB TITLE: Warehouse Manager – E-commerce Logistics

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who is ready to take full ownership of our high-volume fulfilment center. You will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that thousands of orders move smoothly from storage to the customer's doorstep. Your Core Responsibilities

1. Warehouse End-to-End Operations: Manage daily activities — from receiving (inward) and storage to picking, packing, and dispatch. E-commerce Mastery: Ensure flawless order processing for major platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels. SOP Adherence: Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance.

2. Inventory & Stock Accuracy Zero Shrinkage: Oversee inventory control via WMS/ERP systems. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to minimize stock loss and pilferage. Strategic Control: Manage ageing inventory and coordinate liquidation strategies to reduce dead stock and free up warehouse space.

3. Logistics & Dispatch Optimization Cost & Speed: Manage relationships with 3PL partners and courier services.



Negotiate costs and optimize shipping routes to balance speed and budget. SLA Management: Track shipments to ensure strict adherence to service level agreements and resolve any delivery escalations promptly.

4. Returns & Reverse Logistics Smart Disposition: Oversee the returns process, ensuring thorough quality checks on returned items (restock, damage, or liquidation). Data-Driven Insights: Analyze return reasons and implement corrective actions to reduce Return to Origin (RTO) rates and customer refunds.

5. Team Leadership People Management: Supervise and mentor a team of pickers, packers, and supervisors. Training: Up-skill the workforce on SOPs, quality standards, and system usage to maximize productivity.

6. Reporting & MIS Performance Tracking: Prepare daily/weekly reports tracking fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, dispatch timelines, and returns. Use this data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications & Skills Must-Have: 5+ years of experience in E-commerce warehouse/logistics operations. Robust hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems. Proven expertise in inventory control and managing compliance for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics. Experience in the Textile, Home Furnishing, or Consumer Goods sectors. Knowledge of GST and invoicing compliance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
