Key Responsibilities

- Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection of components and finished products.
- Inspect fabrication parts for dimensional accuracy and workmanship.
- Perform weld quality inspection and identify welding-related defects.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Inspect powder coating quality, surface finish, and coating defects.
- Identify and document quality issues, rejection, and rework.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for quality problems.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.




- Support New Product Development (NPD), prototype inspection, and product trials.
- Monitor process quality and support continuous improvement activities.
- Follow company QMS procedures and quality standards.
