MDM Executive – Master Data Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an MDM Executive responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data across business systems. The role will coordinate with Finance, Operations, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain master data in ERP and other business systems.
- Manage item, product, vendor, customer, employee, store, and other master data.
- Verify data received from different departments before system entry.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of master data.
- Handle new master creation, modifications, and deactivation as per approval procedures.
- Coordinate with Finance, Purchase, Operations, Inventory, and IT teams for data requirements.
- Identify and rectify duplicate, incorrect, or incomplete data.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of master data changes.
- Support data cleansing and periodic master data audits.
- Prepare regular reports related to master data and system updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal data management policies and approval processes.




- Support ERP/AX and other business applications in master-data-related activities.
- Assist in resolving system and transaction issues related to master data.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of business information.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of Finance, Purchase, Inventory, and Operations processes.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in F&B;, Retail, FMCG, or similar industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,237.35 - ₹42,589.62 per month
