Job Title: Field Boy / Site Helper

Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Boy / Site Helper to support our site and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit construction/project sites as required.
- Support site supervisors and project team in day-to-day site activities.
- Deliver and collect documents, materials and other items from office/site/vendor locations.
- Assist in material movement and coordination at project sites.
- Coordinate with office staff, site supervisors, vendors and workers as required.
- Help in basic site-related work and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper communication with the office regarding field activities.
- Perform other field/site-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass preferred.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.




- Must be comfortable travelling to different project sites.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to work at construction/project sites.
- Knowledge of Noida/NCR routes will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.

Employment Type: Full time

Work Location: Noida / NCR – Field & Project Sites

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability)
