Job Summary

Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Field Sales Executives to join our sales team in Thiruvananthapuram.

The role involves generating leads, meeting customers, developing the local market, promoting solar solutions and achieving monthly sales targets.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in field sales, sales or business development, along with good communication skills and knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking and local market activities.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain suitable solar products and solutions to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Build dealer, referral and local business networks.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.




- Monitor local market and competitor activities.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales and customer activity reports.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth customer service and project execution.

RequirementsMandatory

- Graduation is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, sales or business development.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a field-based sales role.
- Valuable knowledge of the Thiruvananthapuram local market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred

- Experience in Solar, FMEG, Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, Consumer Durables or related sales industries.
- Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
