Job Title: Printer Field Hardware Technician
Location: Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula / Kalka / Ropar (Rupnagar)
Job Type: Full-Time – Field Service

Job Responsibilities:

- Installation, troubleshooting and repair of HP printers and MFPs at customer locations.
- Diagnose printer hardware and mechanical issues.
- Replacement of printer parts such as fuser, rollers, pickup assembly, formatter, etc.
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown support.
- Basic printer networking/LAN configuration.
- Attend customer calls within the assigned area and close service calls within TAT.
- Maintain service reports and update call status in the service system.
- Willingness to travel within Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Kalka and Ropar.

Required Skills:





- 1–3 years of experience in printer hardware/field service.
- Experience with HP LaserJet/MFP printers preferred.
- Knowledge of printer hardware, mechanical parts and troubleshooting.
- Basic computer and networking knowledge.
- Good communication with customers.
- Candidate should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate preferred.

Salary: As per experience and technical skills.
