Position: OD Consultant – Organization Development
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu
CTC: ₹3.84 LPA
Qualification:

- BE/B.Tech – Technical Engineering backgrounds
- MBA / MSW – Mandatory

Eligibility

- BE/B.Tech graduates with MBA or MSW.
- Candidates from Chennai / Kanchipuram preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work at the Sriperumbudur client location.
- Candidates must have excellent English communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Work as an OD Consultant at the client location.
- Support and implement HR and Organization Development projects.
- Interact with employees, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Conduct training and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR process and system implementation.
- Plan and execute day-to-day project activities.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Support the Project Leader/Mentor in project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.




- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Travel or relocate based on project requirements when required.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Positive interpersonal and people-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Good teamwork and project management skills.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Multilingual skills will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Confident and comfortable interacting with employees.
- Interested in HR, Organization Development, Training, and Employee Engagement.
- Good at preparing presentations and reports.
- Willing to work in a client-facing/project environment.
- Based in or around Chennai / Kanchipuram and willing to work in Sriperumbudur.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
