Job Summary
MK Soft, Manjeri is looking for an experienced and responsible Service Manager to manage our service operations, coordinate service engineers, handle customer issues, and ensure timely completion of service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily service operations.
- Assign service calls and tasks to service engineers/technicians.
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service issues, schedules, and updates.
- Troubleshoot and support technical issues when required.
- Monitor pending and completed service calls.
- Maintain service reports, job sheets, and service records.
- Follow up on AMC/service contracts and scheduled maintenance.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and management teams.
Pay: ₹14,927.13 - ₹20,000.00 per month
