Job Summary

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and timely distribution of goods. This role supervises warehouse staff, maintains safety standards, and ensures operational productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping).
- Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff performance.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Monitor workflow to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, shipping/receiving activities, and staff performance.
- Address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints.




- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Requirements:
- 6 months of warehouse experience preferred; freshers with good computer knowledge may also be considered.
- Previous supervisory or team-handling experience will be an advantage.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good computer knowledge and basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage warehouse operations and coordinate with team members effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
