We are a leading Plastic Injection Mold Manufacturer located in SIPCOT Industrial Park, Pillaipakkam, Chennai. We make high precision Multi Cavity Hot Runner (32 cavities or more) molds for FMCG, Medical, and Automotive components.

We are looking for experienced (2 to 5 years) Junior Mold Maker with hands on experience in manufacture of high precision molds.

No Travel or Accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle a group of Assistant tool makers
- Report to Senior Tool Maker on the progress of molds
- Understand Customer Requirements
- Conduct DFM reviews with Design Team
- Plan machining of items
- Perform Mold Assembly
- Coordinate with the Design Team and update changes to the design

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Expertise in unscrewing mechanisms




- Multi cavity molds with 10 micron tolerance
- Exposure to Engineering Plastics
- Education from CIPET, NTTF, or Tool and Die making is Preferred.

Reliable commute or Relocating before starting work is required—accommodation and transport not provided by the company.
