Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Marketing Executive to manage client communication, understand customer requirements, generate business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day communication and contact with clients.
- Receive and understand customer requirements through IndiaMART.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain constant communication and follow-up with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle self-correspondence through emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed on time.
- Schedule and attend client meetings whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, client discussions, follow-ups, and business opportunities.




- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
- Support the company in achieving business and sales objectives.
- Perform other marketing and client coordination activities as assigned.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of self-correspondence and email drafting.
- Experience/knowledge of IndiaMART will be preferred.
- Positive follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate effectively.
- Willingness to meet clients when required.
- Any additional knowledge or relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualification

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
