- Min 1 year experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Plan, Create and Execute content calendar for Social Media.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer preferences to ensure maximum effectiveness of social media strategies.
- Engage with online community and respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies.
- Advise other employees on social media best practices and promote its use within the company
