About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our construction team at our Warangal site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and other project teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, measurements, and work records.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management whenever required.
- Check quantities and assist with material planning and procurement requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and construction materials.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards at the project site.
- Support billing, measurements,



and documentation related to civil works.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years in construction/building projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Knowledge of estimation, measurements, BOQ, and quantity calculations will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at the Warangal project site.
- Ability to manage site activities independently and take responsibility for assigned work.
