Job Description

MAX PROPERTIES PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced Assistant Engineer – Bar Bending & Shuttering to join our construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise bar bending and shuttering activities at the construction site.
- Check reinforcement work as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor shuttering alignment, levels, dimensions and quality.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and contractors.
- Ensure work is completed as per schedule and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower and material requirements.
- Follow site safety procedures and construction standards.
- Maintain daily work progress and site records.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of relevant construction experience.




- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Robust knowledge of reinforcement and shuttering works.
- Good site supervision and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors.

Salary:

Based on experience and performance
