We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for civil infrastructure projects, particularly pipeline and railway-related works.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant site experience, with practical knowledge of construction activities, site supervision, workforce coordination, measurements, quality control, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate and oversee pipeline and railway project-related civil works.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site requirements.
- Check the quality and progress of construction activities.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain relevant site records.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on site activities.
- Ensure proper execution of excavation, earthwork, concrete, drainage, foundation, and related civil works.
- Coordinate pipeline trenching, laying, backfilling, and associated civil activities where applicable.
- Assist in railway-related civil works and ensure activities are executed as per project requirements.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned engineers for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and site safety procedures.




- Monitor workers and ensure safe working practices are followed at the site.
- Maintain proper documentation of work progress, measurements, materials, and manpower.
- Support the Project Engineer / Site Engineer in achieving project targets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Experience in pipeline projects and railway projects is mandatory/preferred, depending on project requirements.
- Good knowledge of civil construction practices and site procedures.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and project specifications.
- Knowledge of site measurements, quantity calculations, and basic documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work at project sites and coordinate with site teams.

Preferred Skills

- Pipeline construction experience.
- Railway/infrastructure project experience.
- Knowledge of excavation, trenching, concrete, earthwork, drainage, and related civil works.
- Knowledge of site safety practices.
- Basic computer/documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
