About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive-Recruitment with 1–1.5 years of experience, preferably in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, with a primary focus on hiring for sales, and other financial-services roles.

Key Responsibilities·
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.·Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
·Source candidates through different recruitment channels.
·Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic HR interviews.·Identify suitable candidates for Sales, and other NBFC/financial-servicesroles.
·Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
·Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
·Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollout and joining formalities.
·Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
·Conduct reference/background verification wherever required.




·Maintain daily recruitment trackers.·
Ensure recruitment targets and joining TAT are achieved.
·Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Required Skills
·1–1.5 years of recruitment experience, in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services
·Good understanding of NBFC/financial-services hiring profiles.
·Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.·Good knowledge of job portals.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·Good follow-up and candidate-handling abilities.
·Robust convincing and negotiation skills.·Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
·Strong coordination and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification·Graduate in any discipline.
·MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be:·From an NBFC, Bank, or financial-services recruitment background.
·Comfortable with high-volume and target-based recruitment.
·Proactive, energetic and result-oriented.·Good at handling multiple positions simultaneously.
·Capable of closing candidates within defined timelines.
