Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of financial statements, and hands-on experience with Excel and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts and provide meaningful insights.
- Support the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, cash flows, and key financial performance indicators.
- Prepare financial analysis and presentations for management and business stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improving financial performance.
- Assist in financial planning and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other business teams to collect and validate financial data.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information used in reports and analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
- Automate and improve financial reporting and analytical processes.




- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and business-related assignments as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, management reporting, or corporate finance.
- Solid knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis techniques.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, and financial modeling.
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
