We are hiring Relationship Managers / Bancassurance professionals for Life Insurance roles across various bank branch locations in Chennai and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through Bancassurance and direct sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank customers and branch teams.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through bank branch referrals and other sales activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely policy closure.
- Coordinate regularly with bank branch staff and internal teams.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide quality service.

Candidate Profile





- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, BFSI, or Direct Sales.
- Candidates with proven sales and target-achievement experience are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Candidates available for immediate or short-notice joining are preferred.
