Business Development Executive – TMT / Steel / Wire Industry

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with relevant experience in the TMT, Steel, Wire or Building Material industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealers and distributors, generating new business and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a network of dealers, distributors, retailers and customers.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Generate new leads through market visits, references and cold calling.
- Handle sales of TMT Bars, GI Wire, HB Wire, Binding Wire, Welded Mesh, Barbed Wire, MS Nails and related steel products.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.




- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments and deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely dispatch.
- Prepare sales and market visit reports.

Candidate Profile

- 2–6 years of experience in TMT / Steel / Wire / Construction Material sales.
- Experience in dealer and distributor development is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Should be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
